For some years, I've liked StrikeStarUS, a real-time lightning map. Here's what the Northeast map looks like right now:
If you click Stats on that site, you'll see that it's made up of a bunch of people with Boltek lightning detectors running Astrogenic software.
Some of those individuals also publish their stats to the web. Here's NH Weather Data's page, for example. Here's one in Jupiter, FL, running NSdisplay.
Posting all of this because I'm tempted to get one!
